Swimming too… get some water wings for kids and put them on your foot so you don't have to support it and swim… if you're not in a cast… do sit ups and crunches really fast..you'll get your heart beating… when you are doing anything that get's your heart rate up you'll burn calories evenly….. sit ups don't specifically burn tummy calories… just builds tummy muscles… go to the gym and lift weights… ask your doc if you can do a stationary bike slowly with no resistance. (pedal w/ 1 leg if you can't)i feel for you… was out from cardio for 7 months once from severe ankle dislocation … just was out for knee surgery and second injury for almost 5 months … just broke my wrist and couldn't run for a month (unstable frac)..l just got released to ride my bike (cyclist) a day ago. 3 years ago 100% 1 Vote

A pot belly can be very attractive if you have confidence and are fun with it. I know a girl, she plays with hers, and it's the size of a rugby ball, or a big water balloon or something. She's adorable. She also has spots, burps loud 'n proud, and eats like a pig, but she's somehow very attractive, has a boyfriend. Big thighs are feminine. Keep those. Marylin Monroe had big thighs that touched, and everybody loved her. Even when she put on a bit of weight. She was a size ten! That's considered fat today, by some media fools. But us guys are just fine with girls her size and bigger, so long as they hold it well, and are confident in themselves.Once you're a healthy weight (120lb or so) go swimming, jogging or cycling often. You'll get muscle all over. If you really want, do this now and then anyway, but no more than once a week for an hour. This is what I do, it may be of help: In a 25 metre pool swim 10 laps to warm up. Make up these laps with a range of strokes excepting free-style, ie. backstroke, breast-stroke, even use the kick board, and take as long as you want. Then do 20 laps freestyle with a focus on technique and breathing. These 20 laps would be considered the workout. Finally, do 10 laps for a cool-down, using any stroke except freestyle.And there you will have swum 1 km, how easy is that?!When you build up your swim, add to the freestyle component of your workout and (here's the trick) never do less than you did in the previous workout. When you are doing 40 laps freestyle you can start timing yourself. Try getting 1km freestyle (40 laps) as close to 15mins as possible.If you want to put some real meaning into your swims, try training into an open water event. There are lots of short, fun ones around over summer that are not too serious and scary. The person is in love with you found you interesting and wanted to be with you, grab it with both hands. Life is too short to be choosy, specially when you pass 40s but be smart about it. You said that there is chemistry between you two. Which you wouldn’t have for the older man. Also this younger guy has no ties. Relation ships with ties make complications. Don’t read in to the future physic too far. You should enjoy been in love and getting to know each other. Don’t worry about the future physical appearance, unless you aren’t sure of his loyalty and commitments to you . Most of men don’t look young when they are over 40s, Not like many women.
